I wasn’t really regular ever since I was young and I thought it was all fine and normal. But I wanted to get rid of bloating now as it causes me uneasiness and discomfort.
I know it is not really normal and pleasing to be skinny yet my tummy is bloating. I always thought that I had too much belly fat due to pregnancy and I needed to do some abdominal workouts to flatten up my bulging tummy. Yes, I did lots of workouts but I don’t know why I wasn’t getting any success.
We once had a trip to Mexico and I was astonished and at the same time embarrassed to found out that all of them are moving bowels once a day and I was like only having two to three a week. They all said I am constipated that’s why I had a bloated stomach and that I should make it regular as soon as I could. But as far as I am concerned; I am regular and this has been my normal routine ever.
However, that incident made me think of my bloating stomach and the correlation of it with my irregular bowels. Thus, I looked for ways and guides to assist me in getting rid of bloating and constipation and I found one that caught my attention.
